SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
3 to 4 lbs. chopped turkey
3 env. onion soup mix
2 to 3 bottles "Lite" red Russian dressing
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
3 (16 oz.) cans whole cranberry

(Depending on individual taste). Prepare turkey balls as you would normal meatballs. Make small size turkey balls. In a separate large pot combine all other ingredients. If no pot is large enough, use two smaller pots. Mix ingredients well, place turkey balls into this mixture. Cover pot, cook on low flame approximately 45 minutes or until balls are ready. Yield approximately 60 turkey balls.
