1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1 c. canned chili
1/2 c. grape jelly
Juice of 1 lemon

Combine first 7 ingredients and blend. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Combine remaining ingredients in medium saucepan and mix. Add meatballs, stirring lightly to coat with sauce. Simmer about 1 hour. Makes 32 to 36 meatballs.
