PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
1 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 3/4 c. whole wheat flour, sifted
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped

Place honey, oil, eggs and pumpkin in a bowl and mix. Sift together flour, wheat germ, baking powder, baking soda and spices. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix. Add raisins and walnuts. Divide batter evenly in greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes and remove from tins. Makes 2 dozen.
