FLANK STEAK 
1 lg. flank steak
1 1/2 tbsp. minced scallions
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil (salad or olive oil)
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Marinate flank steak in marinade for 6 hours. Broil at 450 degrees for 7 minutes per side, cut diagonally. This marinate time can be cut to 1 hour by adding 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer to marinate.
