FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak
Italian salad dressing

Score flank steak on both sides by cutting lightly in a crisscross pattern. Brush both sides very liberally with Italian salad dressing. Let set about an hour. Grill on barbecue until done, but still pink inside. Cut meat across the grain at a slanted angle into very thin slices. Serve.
