MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak, approx. 1/3 lb. per serving

MARINADE:

2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 green onion, finely chopped

Score steak in diamond pattern on both sides. Marinate in glass dish covered with foil or Saran Wrap for at least 4 hours (can be overnight if refrigerated). Turn several times.

Broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium rare. Baste with marinade several times. Slice flat wise, making wide slices.
