2 eggs
1 c. dark Karo syrup
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Pinch of soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 to 3 c. self-rising flour

Mix together and cook in tube pan or loaf pan at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
