GINGER PEAR DESSERT 
4 med. pears, pared, halved and cored
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. finely crushed ginger snaps
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Place pear halves (cut side up) in 12 x 7 1/2 dish. Drizzle orange juice over pears. Combine other ingredients and sprinkle over pears. Bake 350 degrees 20-25 minutes.

Serve with light cream or a scoop of vanilla yogurt.
