LIME PEAR DESSERT 
1 lg. can pears
2 pkg. (6 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Mini marshmallows

Drain pears, saving juice. Place juice in 2 cups measuring cup and add water to fill. Boil water and juice, dissolve Jello in it.

Mash pears and blend in cream cheese. Add Jello. Refrigerate. When mixture begins to set, whip the cream and fold n gently. Chill until firm. Top with mini marshmallows. Serves 12.
