EASY PEAR DESSERT 
5 (7 1/2 oz.) jars junior pears, baby food
2/3 c. pear eau de vie, or cognac or port
1 c. sweetened whipped cream
6 crystallized violets

Empty jars of pears into a large bowl, add liqueur or your choice and stir in well. Divide contents of bowl among 6 sherbet glasses. Chill well. Top each glass with a rosette of whipped cream and garnish each rosette with a violet. Serve well chilled. Serves 6.
