SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground veal
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, minced
1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Mix meats with egg, salt, pepper, onion and milk. Shape into 1-inch balls. Heat butter in a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides.

In a small bowl, mix soup and mushrooms. Alternate layers of meatballs and soup mixture in 1 1/2 quart loaf pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
