MOCK SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburg
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can water

Mix hamburg, onions, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Form into meatballs. Brown lightly and roll each into a little flour. Drop each floured meatball into the soup. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3/4 hour. It forms its own gravy and is a quick meal.
