WILD RICE HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. uncooked wild rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. milk
4 strips bacon
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Fry bacon. Boil rice for 25 minutes. At same time, saute hamburger, mushrooms and onions. Drain rice with clear water until clean. Combine everything and mix well. Put in casserole dish. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Then uncover for another 30 minutes at same temperature.
