"DAN DOODLE" CASSEROLE | |
4 lg. potatoes, peeled and diced 4 turnips, diced 3/4 lb. "Dan Doodle" sausage 4-5 onions Cook together the potatoes and turnips to a boil, about 20 minutes. Drain. Fry sausage along with onions to a brownness. Drain most; but not all, grease. Combine all four ingredients making sure they are mixed well. Yum Yum!! Salt and pepper to taste. If you can't get "Dan Doodle" sausage, most any sausage will do. |
