BARBEQUED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, about 1" thick
1/4 c. peanut oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp. ground sage
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper

Mix oil, wine vinegar, garlic, sage, salt and pepper in a cup. Place pork chops in a large plastic baggie and pour in the above mixture. Marinate approximately 2 hours, turning bag over every half hour to make sure chops are evenly marinated. Barbecue on a medium fire, basting with the marinade several times and turning once, 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
