HOMEMADE MANICOTTI | |
SHELLS: 1 c. water 1 c. flour 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt FILLING: 2 lbs. ricotta 5 eggs 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded Mix ingredients for shells. Use round 8" teflon pan. Warm with butter or pan. Add 1/4 cup mix to pan, cook, turn quickly and set on side to cool. Mix ingredients for filling, put filling on shell, roll to make tube (manicotti). Place tubes in dish with spaghetti sauce to bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with parsley. |
