CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked and deboned
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dressing mix
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Place cooked broccoli in baking dish. Layer the chicken. Add mushroom soup by pouring over chicken. Mix dressing mix and butter well and add. Sprinkle chopped onion over casserole. Time: 30 minutes. Temperature: 350 degrees.
