CHICKEN BREAST IN SOUR CREAM 
12 boneless chicken breasts
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
Bread crumbs
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Wash chicken; pat dry. In a large bowl combine sour cream, lemon juice, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Roll chicken in sour cream mixture; cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. Remove chicken, taking up as much sour cream as possible. Roll in bread crumbs. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet.

Melt butter and butter; combine. Pour 1/2 over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour remaining butter mixture on top and bake 15 more minutes.

Serves 12.
