CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM 
4 chicken breasts
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can (soup size) dry sherry or cooking sherry
1 c. dairy sour cream
Paprika

Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish so that pieces don't overlap. Cover with mushrooms. Combine undiluted cream of mushroom soup, sherry and sour cream; stir until blended. Pour over chicken, completely covering. Dust with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4.
