CHICKEN BREAST MUSHROOM 
4 whole chicken breasts (8 pieces or smaller size if you wish)
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 can (3 oz.) mushrooms with juice
1/4 c. sherry

Place chicken with salt, pepper and paprika on bottom of casserole. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350.
