CHICKEN BREAST IN SOUR CREAM 
4 chicken breasts
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of sherry
1 c. sour cream
Paprika

Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish so that pieces do not overlap. Cover with mushrooms (do not use juice). Combine mushroom soup, sherry and sour cream; stir until well blended. Pour over chicken, completely covering it. Dust with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. This is very elegant and very easy.
