EASY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz. ea.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 tsp. onion flakes
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
dash of pepper
seasoned croutons

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook broccoli in microwave until thawed, drain well.

Mix soup, cheese, onion, eggs, mayonnaise and pepper with broccoli. Pour into buttered casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Top with seasoned croutons for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
