PECAN PUMPKIN CRUMBLE 
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs
16 oz. can pumpkin
13 oz. can evaporated milk
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow or white cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Whipping cream

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine sugar, spice, eggs, pumpkin and evaporated milk. Pour into ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle with cake mix. Drizzle evenly with melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Bake at 350 degrees, 40-50 minutes or until golden brown. Chill, cut into squares. Top with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers. 12 servings.
