POTATO SALAD 
10 med. diced potatoes
1 med. chopped onion
1 tsp. celery seed
3 tbsp. mustard
5 boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. diced pickles
1 sm. jar pimientos
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook and cool potatoes completely before adding other ingredients. Stir in all ingredients adjusting to your taste.
