FRUIT AND RICE SALAD 
2 c. cooked rice
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sliced, red maraschino cherries
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine cooked rice, pineapple, marshmallows and sugar in a bowl. Toss gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Fold in cherries and whipped cream. Chill one more hour.
