COTTAGE CHEESE STRUDEL 
1 1/4 lbs. butter
1 lb. cottage cheese
5 c. flour
Confectioners' sugar

Cream together butter and cottage cheese. Blend in flour. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, divide dough into portions. Work 1 portion at a time. roll out on wax paper liberally dusted with confectioners' sugar as thin as possible. Spread with jam, nuts, coconut or anything you like. Roll up tightly, score lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 35 minutes. Cool.
