DUMPLING (FEATHER LIGHT) 
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
3 tbsp. Crisco or shortening
3/4 c. milk

Sift together sifted flour, baking powder, salt and Accent. Cut in shortening. Add milk only until blended. Batter is dropped on chicken or meat in pan and not in broth. It is cooked, uncovered 10 minutes and 10 minutes, covered. Use a cover with a dome cover to prevent soggy dumplings. Serve at once arranging dumplings on platter with meat in center. Make gravy. Pour some over all and serve the rest to pass. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
