HEATH TOPPER CAKE 
German chocolate cake mix
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 pt. Mrs. Richardson's butterscotch-caramel and fudge ice cream topping
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
3 Heath bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake German chocolate cake as directed on package in 9 x 13 inch pan. When warm, not hot, pick holes in cake and pour sweetened condensed milk and Mrs. Richardson's topping on it. Refrigerate. Spread Cool Whip on top. Crunch and sprinkle Heath bars on top of Cool Whip.
