PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 tsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can of water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine meat, rice, onion and salt. Mix well and form into balls. Place in a deep baking dish. Combine tomato soup, water and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs. Cover dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, serve hot. Yield: 5 to 6 servings.
