PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Shape all ingredients except soup into meatballs. Place in small casserole. Mix soup, plus 1 can of water and pour over meat mixture. Cover. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
