BRUSSEL SPROUT SALAD | |
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen brussel sprouts 1/3 c. vinegar 1/3 c. oil 1 tsp. salt 3 strips fried and crumbled bacon (optional) 1 lg. tomato, cut into 6ths (optional) Cook sprouts as directed on package, drain well. Combine oil, vinegar and salt. Pour this over hot sprouts and toss gently until well coated. May garnish with bacon and tomatoes if desired. Chill at least 3 hours. |
