NACHO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (20 oz.) can chili beans
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bag taco chips

Heat oil in skillet and add onion and garlic, saute 3 minutes and add ground beef. Cook until brown, then drain fat off. Stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix. Then remove mixture from heat and set aside. Rinse and drain kidney beans. Mix cheese with beans. Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish and line the bottom with 1/3 of the chips.

Put cheese and bean mixture on chips. Layer 1/3 more of the chips on top. Then pour on all of meat mixture. Top with remaining chips. Drizzle some extra cheese over chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until cheese is melted.
