HOT PEPPERS 
Cut up a large amount of following:

Bell peppers
Onions
Carrots
Celery
Hot peppers

Fill jars with jalapeno peppers until nearly full. In a saucepan place:

1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Wesson oil
A small amount of the things above that were cut up

Bring to a good boil and pour over filled jars; seal while hot. Do this amount for each jar that you fill..
