HOT PEPPER JELLY 
2 c. green & red bell peppers, crushed fine & packed
6 1/2 c. sugar
6 oz. Certo (liquid)
1/4 c. hot peppers, crushed & packed
1 1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Bring peppers, sugar, water and vinegar to a boil. Cool for 40 minutes. Stir often. Reheat to a roaring boil for two minutes. Add Certo. Stir for 3 minutes. Pour into hot jars and seal with lids. Serve jelly over bar of cream cheese and spread on crackers. Great for parties.
