CHEESECAKE TRIFLE 
1 Angel Food cake
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 pt. heavy cream
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cans pie topping

Break apart cake into small hunks. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip cream 1/2 way, add gelatin, continue beating until stiff. Blend cheese mixture and whipped cream. In trifle bowl layer cake pieces, cheese mix and pie topping. Refrigerate. Can be made the day before.
