PECAN DELIGHT CRUST 
2 sticks softened butter
2 sm. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar

In a bowl, beat butter with cream cheese until fluffy. Add the flour, sugar and salt. Shape into small balls and press into miniature muffin or cupcake pans. Makes 48.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. dark Karo
3 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and pour evenly into the miniature crusts, no more than 1/2 to 3/4 full. Then finish filling each one with chopped pecans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake 15 minutes more.
