PECAN DELIGHT DESSERT 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 stick butter
1 c. pecans, chopped

Beat eggs, add sugar gradually and continue to beat. Add flour gradually, beat. Melt butter in 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over butter. Pour batter on top and bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool, cut in squares and serve "nutty side up" with pecan ice cream (or whatever flavor of ice cream you desire), or just whipped topping.
