CHEESE SPREAD 
2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 lb. butter
6 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. dried onions
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. horseradish
8 small Mason jars

Melt the first 3 ingredients over very low heat in a deep sauce pan. Blend in other ingredients (after all is melted) with a mixer. Makes 8 jars of spread. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
