CHEESE HASH BROWNS 
1 stick butter
12 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 can evaporated milk
Minced onions
1/2 stick butter
1 pkg. shredded hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. Corn Flakes
1 sm. carton cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt 1 stick butter and pour into pan. Spread half of hash browns in bottom of the pan. Sprinkle half of shredded cheese on top of hashbrowns. Mix together soup, milk and sour cream. Pour half of this over cheese. Sprinkle minced onions on top. Repeat for 1 more layer. Melt 1/2 stick butter and mix with Corn Flakes. Spread over the top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
