HASH BROWN CHEESE BAKE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
3 c. half and half
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
3 oz. Parmesan cheese

Spread thawed potatoes in 9"x13" pan. Boil half and half, butter and salt and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, plus.
