BAKED MOSTACCIOLI 
3/4 pkg. (12 oz.) Mostaccioli noodles
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. parsley leaves
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook Mostaccioli according to package directions. Saute sausage, drain off excess fat.

In small bowl, combine Ricotta, nutmeg, salt, pepper, sugar and parsley leaves; mix well.

In greased 9x13 inch baking dish, pour 1 can tomato sauce in bottom. Layer 1/2 cooked Mostaccioli, all sausage, all Ricotta mixture, remainder of Mostaccioli, then 1 can of tomato sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 400 degrees about 15 to 20 minutes or until brown and bubbling. Serves 7 to 9.
