EMILY'S YUMMY SPICY CHICKEN 
8 boneless chicken thighs

MARINADE:

2 tsp. ground cumin
3 tsp. powdered chili
3 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
olive oil (enough to cover 8 chicken thighs)

Marinade chicken in a mixture of spices and olive oil, then after a few minutes place them in a frying pan and pour the marinade over the chicken. After they are cooked prepare either mashed potatoes or my spicy fries.

SPICY FRIES:

To make spicy fries, first hand cut or buy frozen fries (best to hand cut them). Put them in the pan, with olive oil and the spices (the same pan that the chicken thighs were in). Wait until most fries are golden and remove from heat.

Serves up to 4 people. Serve with salad or mixed vegetables.
