DESSERT TORTILLA CHIPS 
1/2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp. sea salt (optional)
1 Don Poncho tortilla (preferred)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut the tortilla into 16 triangles, spray lightly with Pam Cooking Spray on one side and put on a cookie sheet. Then, put all sugar, cinnamon and sea salt in a baggie and shake together.

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture onto the sprayed side of the tortilla.

Bake for 10 minutes. Cool.

Optional: Put a piece of fruit like pineapple, half a strawberry, etc.

Although the temperature seems right, I'd suggests checking at 8 or 9 minutes as mine were burned at 10. Also, although I *love* salt, 3/4 tsp is way too much. After tasting it, I'd suggest maybe 1/4 tsp, and I think the sugar could stand to be increased a bit, but that probably depends on how sweet you want the chips to be. I would suggest somewhere along the lines of 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon (add a dash of allspice, cardamom, and/or cloves if you want), and 1/4 tsp sea salt.
