BEEF TERIYAKI | |
1 lb. beef chuck strips 1 lg. onion, sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. oil 3/4 tsp. ground ginger 1 c. red & green pepper strips 2 c. beef bouillon 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. sherry (optional) 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil. Add ginger, pepper strips, bouillon and sherry. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving. Makes 4 servings. |
