OLD FASHION POTATO PIE 
6 med. potatoes, cubed
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper

PIE CRUST:

1 c. flour
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. shortening

Cook potatoes, onion, salt and pepper until tender. Season with bacon drippings, butter or oil.

CRUST: Take flour, water and shortening, work together to a good rolling consistency then in a small baking dish put potato, onion in dish and roll over crust. Can add extra vegetable chicken or other meat if desired.
