F.'S SAUSAGE TURKEY STUFFING 
1 lg. bag seasoned stuffing mix
4 chopped onions
2 sticks butter, melted
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 box whole thyme
1 c. chopped celery
4 eggs
4 c. hot water with a chicken bouillon cube
1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Fry sausage, remove from pan. Use pan drippings to fry onions and celery until translucent. Add thyme and poultry seasoning to the mixture (add a little water, if necessary) while frying.

In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, sausage, celery, onions and water with all other ingredients. Ready to stuff. Stuffs a 20 pound turkey.

I found this recipe 10 years ago to cook for my first Thanksgiving Dinner. It is delicious! One thing to add is the "one big bag of seasoned stuffing" that was always very unclear to me. I buy 2 (12 ounce) bags.
