PLAIN BUT PERFECT WAFFLES 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
Butter

Beat egg yolks until light and foamy. Combine with milk and melted butter. Add to dry ingredients; beat until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff. Carefully fold into batter. Makes 4 to 5 waffles.
