VEGETABLE MEATLOAF 
5 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. milk
3 boiled eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup or vegetable soup

Wrap boiled eggs in ground beef. Pour on either soup. Cover. Place in oven at 375 degrees. Baste every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Serve with rice or potatoes.
