HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns, thawed 16 oz. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 stick butter, melted 2 c. shredded cheese (Velveeta, cheddar, as desired) 1/2 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients. Place in 2 1/2-quart greased casserole. Top with 2 cups corn flakes crushed and mixed with 1/4 cup softened butter. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
