CAKE AND FROSTING 
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cocoa
2 cups water
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar

Topping 1:

1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar

Topping 2:

1 square chocolate
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter

Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda and cocoa together in a bowl. Stir in water, oil, vanilla and sugar until well blended.

Bake in ungreased 9x13 pan at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Cool well.

Topping 1: Shake together flour and milk. Then stir and cook until thick. Cream well vanilla, sugar and butter. Add to flour mixture. Put on cake then refrigerate all.

Topping 2: Bring to a boil all ingredients. Boil one minute. Cool until spreadable. Spread over creamy mix. Serve.
